Ivory Charm, better known by her nickname Grandma Blankie, was head caretaker and matron of Ponyville Orphanage. After the town decided to close it down due to lack of funding, Ivory Charm took it upon herself to keep the building open...and thus it became Grandma Blankie's Home for the Lost.

An old, greying mare with grace and poise, she is sweet and kind as can be. She cares for the little ones who cannot take care of themselves and finds joy in making blankets for each of her little children.
